Bespoke Studio products
All products ordered through the Wick & Tallow Studio are bespoke and made to order, including:
- Fragrance selection
- Vessel type and size
- Artwork uploads and personalisation
- Packaging options
- Quantity
Because products are custom manufactured, all selections must be finalised before checkout.
Orders and payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All design selections and artwork are final
- You have reviewed and approved all details before checkout
No refunds, cancellations or amendments
Due to the bespoke nature of Studio products:
- Orders cannot be amended after placement
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- Orders are non-refundable
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty product.
Artwork responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- All artwork is correct, final and print-ready
- You own or have permission to use submitted designs
Wick & Tallow accepts no liability for errors in customer-supplied artwork.
Production and delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided at checkout or upon order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
This does not apply to:
- Customer-supplied artwork errors
- Approved design choices
- Damage occurring after delivery
